The rhodiola plant known as "golden root" or "Arctic root" is traditionally used in Eastern Europe and Asia.

There are several varieties of Rhodiola, with Rhodiola rosea being the only variety found to be effective in many studies and approved as safe for use. 

The plant contains a wide variety of antioxidants (gallic acid, caffeic acid and chlorogenic acid) and flavonoids (catechins and proanthocyanidins).

Instructions for use: 1-3 capsules per day with a meal and a drink.
