To strengthen the immune system and help in dealing with winter diseases such as flu, colds and upper respiratory diseases (cough, phlegm, etc.)

The black elderberry contains flavonoids, which act as naturally active antioxidants

Each serving (teaspoon - 5 ml) contains 1.9 grams of elderberry extract, 55 mg of vitamin C and 1 mg of zinc

Instructions for use:  

* Adults:  10 ml - 2 teaspoons

For therapeutic purposes (during illness) this amount can be taken up to 4 times a day

* Children up to the age of 12:  5 ml - teaspoon

For therapeutic purposes (during illness) this amount can be taken up to twice a day.
